What personal information do we gather?
When you purchase advance tickets for a production, either online, over the telephone or in person at our box office we create a personal customer account for you where we record your name, address, contact number and email address. The account also holds a history of your previously purchased tickets.
What do we do with your information?
We use this data to process your ticket purchases and to allow us to notify you of any changes to the event that you have booked for, such as a change in times or date. We may also analyse the data to get a better understanding of our audience so that we may improve the services we offer in the future.
If you have opted-in to receive emails or mail then we will use your contact details to send you information that we believe you will be interested in such as newsletters, emails about forthcoming shows or special offers for events.
We never share your name or contact details with a third party.

Our patron database is only accessible from designated computers within the theatre and access to is granted only to staff within the theatre who require it for their work, via password protected user accounts.
How we deal with on-line payments
The Nottingham Arts Theatre ticketing system utilises a payment gateway provided by Savoy Systems that provides a highly secure payment method process. No card or banking details are stored at any stage of the process on the Nottingham Arts Theatre computer systems.
So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.
Should you purchase tickets by phone or in person no details of you credit card are stored or kept by the Nottingham Arts Theatre.
